FILM FESTIVAL OF L’AQUILA 2010

The International Festival of L’Aquila is open to all authors of cinematographic works.

Subscriptions closed on August 31, 2010.

Sections

Competitions’ sections will be:

• International shorts
• Middle and international feature films (longer than 20 minutes).

Prizes to be awarded are:

Best International Short Film
Best International Film
Best Animation movie

Other prizes may be awarded by the jury’s recommendation.

Free registration.

Film market

The works selected for the final will take part in the festival’s local Film Market of L’Aquila;
At the final stage of the exhibition , cinema operators, representatives of distribution companies and production from central Italy (and nearby cities , Rome in particular) will be present.
This space was created to promote authors of works first and second in production companies or to contact the authors of works not yet operating in Italy with the operators of distribution.

Notice of the competition

Deadline for presenting any work was 31 August 2010.
Any entry received will be judged.
The final evening will take place from the 19th to 22nd October in L’Aquila at Cinema Movieplex.
A panel comprising representatives of production companies, university professors, directors and experts will award the winners of various sections of the competition.
